For about 30 minutes there I was feeling awful - like "jeez, his career might be over. He was really under appreciated and got way too much shite from everybody. Unique talent, sad that it might be more or less over now."

Less than 30 minutes later I hate him again. What a selfish glory hog who just HAD to come out and cost his team the game. No matter that he could barely move, was gun-shy to the point of not looking past his first read, not even SEEING elementary blitzes, etc. After two horrendous decisions at the end of regulation should have certainly cost Dallas the game, he still is glory hog and insists on seeing it through to the bitter end (obviously Garrett gets some blame as well).

I hate Tony Romo again

Don't players get criticized if people think they aren't willing to suffer through an injury for the greater good of the team?

Beasley was breaking wide open too but I think his torso would have severed from his hips and legs if he had tried to let her rip that far.

Was amazing how good Weeden looked, too. Just to really hammer home that Romo was being a douche.

I don't understand why they didn't have a simple fly route to Bryant on any of the Redskins all out blitzes. Nobody on the field can cover him in man coverage - it's not rocket science when WASH is sending the house to float one up for the best WR in football.

I actually understand the pass call on 2nd and 2. The problem is that Romo was a pussy and didn't wait an extra second for Witten to break WIDE OPEN at the 45 yard line and instead threw a shitty ball for a 1 yard loss. The progression was bad and the pass was bad. Then you've got 3rd and 3 and you figure WASH would sell out with a run blitz so let's pass again. Then it's game over.

I hate that ESPN's analysts call him "Tony" like they're buddies.

This is your 4th post or so calling romo selfish for wanting to play. That's the dumbest shite I ever heard. Any other QB and you're saying how tough he is and he's a true competitor.

I will never hate on a professional athlete for actually wanting to play in a game. The coach decides who plays or not

It's half satire. Even when Romo was his most lovable he manages to blow it within an hour kinda thing.

The true blame goes to Garrett for not saying "no it's not worth it" and maybe Jones for cuckolding Garrett so much that JG is impotent to do anything extreme.

Yes. Brees, Manning, and Brady would all be perfectly content to sit in the locker room when they think they're fine.
