I'd be a little worried about RB depth but that sure is tempting. None of your backs are exactly pillars of health. I'd try to swing Reuben or ODB for depth at RB first if you do this deal... or you know you can pick something up on the wire.

Another idea would be to deal one of your stud WRs for a stud TE instead. Keep Foles and rotate him with someone else.

I'd take it. You're basically trading Benjamin and Ivory for Peyton.

If it was Maclin/Ivory in a 4 point passing TD, I'd have to think longer. But Benjamin/Ivory in 6 point? I'd do it. But you will need to check waivers for RB depth.
