I think we would have won that game either way but now we're not going to get any credit for beating them because all the talking heads are going to say it was because Rogers was hurt.

Talking heads can keep talking. This team needs to get shot down so they can play with a chip going into the rest of the year.

I said it before, the NFC South is weak, but we're a team that opponents would fear going up against because of history and Drew Brees. No one wants us in the playoffs, they rather Carolina or Atlanta 10/10 times.

I hear what you're saying, and sometimes that does drive me a bit nuts, but ultimately it doesn't matter.

This team needs wins. I don't care if his leg fell off. As long as we win.

This isn't college. Standings and records are all that matter.

The game was won in the trenches. Eddie Lacey made their rushing game, their OLine sucked in run blocking and pass blocking. Rodgers playing a little gimpy hurt them some, but IMO the game was won by halftime. GB shot themselves in the foot with the attempted trickery, which easily cost them points and good yardage defensively early in the game. They were sent into the locker room at a tie, instead they should have been up by 4-7 points (4 accounting for the FG instead of the TD pass to the LB, and the failed onside kick resulted in at least 3).

yeah, they were making so much of that it was silly

He was awesome, but he felt pressure to score everytime, and he started forcing the issue instead of playing like the most efficient QB in the NFL

Don't really need credit when there are no rankings.

We got this.

When did get hurt? I didn't think that was even until toward the end of the game. I didn't even think that was a really much of a factor.

Aaron Rodgers doesn't play defense. We scored in the 40s and could've had 50+ if we wanted.

he just had a tight hammy and it in no way impacted his performance. Only a flamer like Rodgers would run for a 16 yard TD and then right at the 1 with no one around him start putting on a show.

I'm not gonna say his injury didn't hinder their offense, but we put up 40+ and could have had 50. Their D lost that game.

Hell, Rodgers limped in for a TD in the 4th

The packers fans didn't appreciate me yelling "kill the hammy, and the body will die"

The group of packers fans around us were less fun than cancer

We are 3-4. Why do you care about getting credit?

The team needs to real off about 7 more wins in a row before anyone is going to remember that they exist and start talking about the Saints again.

What is sad is that the team could easily be 6-1 right now if the defense could have made a stop at the right time or if the offense did not turn the ball over at the worst possible times. But, they are 3-4 and are ignored nationally, as they should be.

I don't know why people enjoy hearing people say good things about their team...I read an article this morning about how awesome the saints were last night (while calling ingram's performance a "luxury") they're just fan boys who majored in journalism...who cares. I derive joy from watching the saints win
