Once again, it appears our demise has been grossly exaggerated

Now that LSU has won 3 conference games in a row (with a chance to be favored in every remaining game this season), how do fans feel about the program as a whole?

The fact that the team has shown so much improvement gives me all the confidence I need in our coaching staff. They have a lot of young, super talented guys and they are coming up with gameplans to put the team in the W column at the end of the week. Our own fans were calling us the worst team in the West and hoping we didn't win a single conference game. A few weeks later, the tables have certainly turned. LSU has a chance to get to 10 wins once again, setting up an epic 2015 season just as the 2010 team taught the young players how to play championship level football. I am excited about this team. I am excited about our coach. I am damn proud to call myself a tiger!

As I have always said, if we get dominant play on the lines we can win big even with a deficiency

I've heard people say that they would rather us go 0-8 in the SEC and fire Miles then have a 7-5 season and keep him. I'm not saying that's a majority opinion, but it's one that exist.

We played 1 horrible game against Auburn. They were an experienced opponent looking for revenge, in our 1st SEC road game for most of the players we put on the field. It was a disaster, but other than that we've hardly looked like a team that won't make a bowl game. These players have a lot of fight in them, and that makes every game an exciting experience.

why there can't be any rationalization on the rant.

a few weeks ago we were the worst team in the west and it wasn't debatable. Then the young players started to mature. Beckwith and Adams started becoming regulars on Defense and LF began to figure out how to run in the SEC. Team is much much better. We still have a ways to go in the passing game to win the SEC West or SEC or National Title, but we made a few nice play designs and play calls last night that showed promise.

But no, nobody was "hoping" we would lose out. Just a stupid thing to say.
