It was not a recovery, Ole Miss player picked up the ball and tried to run before he was tackled...not a safety?

Not unless he ran out of the end zone, then got tackled back in the endzone

I was watching the replay carefully.
If he had picked up the fumble at the 1yd line, the carried it into the end zone and was tackled, then it would have been a safety.
But, the ball rolled into the end zone before the Ole Miss player took possession; therefore it was a touchback.

I said the same thing... It sure did look like he grabbed it while it was between one and endzone... and then pulled it back into the endzone.

but we won!!
