Khiry and Pierre are out. Both are favorable matchups. I have Lacy now, but with his split I'm considering Ingram even though I do think Lacy will get double digits. Ingram is the bigger boom or bust play IMO. I wish I didn't have Oliver in on Thursday.

Lacy.

Ingram is a very tempting play this week. I'm leaving him on the bench as well. Can't start him over Ellington or Bradshaw.

Any reason? Do you think either get more than 15 carries?

I'm down by enough to take a risk and maybe get a boom! I think Ingram has the better chance of that just because I think he gets more touches and the Saints run the ball by the goal line as opposed to throw it to Cobb like the Packers. If I knew Lacy was going to get 15+ carries against the Saints, I'd take that, but the Saints rush defense has been surprisingly good. The Saints D has surrendered 6 rushing tds in 6 games. The Packers, 5 tds in 7 games.

Tough choice, I think if the Saints win they need to run and run a lot. Packers are into a 60/40 split between Lacy and Starks.

I'd roll Ingram. He is for sure getting goaline carries with Thomas and Robinson out. Plus if the Saints get up they will run. GB is second to last in rush defense.

I am really leaning Ingram because of the goal line situation. On the flip side, if the Saints fall behind quickly, Cadet will see the field most of the game. The biggest thing to me is yards per carry vs these 2 defenses and goal line offense. Both favor playing Ingram. However, I think this game most closely resembles the Packers/Bears game and Lacy receives a slight uptick in carries. The Saints have struggled with big, powerful backs in the past.

Thanks for the help. I may need to just flip a coin. I do hope Lacy does well regardless so maybe someone will actually take him in a trade.

I read a day or so ago Starks may be injured and get less carries but I haven't seen an update lately so I can't confirm that.

Saints have not been very efficient in the redzone, and I attribute that to their RB being out... I think with Ingram being in, they play better overall, and try to kill as much clock as possible.

I agree with you. Ingram is the missing piece I believe. Somebody is going to try to slow this game down. I honestly think Ingram and Lacy will get the same amount of touches, but I think Ingram gets some chances inside the 5.

Lacy also has to deal with Kuhn/Starks vulturing a score. Iingram should be the sure handed guy in the redzone. my .02

I'm rolling with Ingram. Should get 75% or more of the snaps.

Lacy is splitting carries 50/50.

I made the switch a little while ago. I think I'm going with Ingram.
