I'm ready for those fences to be increased to 10 or 12 ft high, thicker iron, ornamental as to prevent scaling, electric shock,etc..

Gotta deter any lunatic's hopes..stop this from increasing..

Otherwise, they should free the SS with green light to shoot to kill.

I don't think it was right either. But he was charged with assault on an officer for kicking that dog. A shame cops can't get charged for killing dogs though. To them a dog is only worth anything if it's a K-9.
