We live in an awfully stupid society with warped priorities. How is not more common that fans harass players from other teams at a hotel. You could pull fire alarms, call, knock in doors, set off fireworks in hall, etc.

People do a lot if stupid things. Why not that?

Ps: anyone know where ole miss is staying?

I'm not surprised this doesn't happen more considering how stupid our society is now.

Solely in the interest of proving how we always take the high road here at LSU , I think the Ole Miss team hotel should be announced here now, so that we can prove how uninterested we are at hourly intervals all night long.

Agreed. It's not like I care, or have nothing better to do, but simply curious

i think it is common for sports teams to be harassed in hotels. Many stories of home teams calling hookers to rooms of the visiting team on the night before the game to keep them up all night. Fire alarms getting pulled, etc.

We stayed in the Marriot before a Saints/Panthers game. They had a whole floor to themselves with 2 security gaurds as you got off the elevator. You couldnt get on the floor.

Really? I've heard of stuff like that years ago but not recently.

I had a friend that managed a hotel in Stillwater and he said it was never an issue in the years he worked there.

I'm sure the NFL has stuff locked down but not college

My friend used to work at the Roosevelt downtown and one of the teams stayed there. Talk about total lockdown, you couldn't even go into the hotel unless you had a room booked already.
