Here's the good news. Today, living with HIV is like living with diabetes. Take your pills every day, be careful, nothing to worry about. Your spouse doesn't have to get it. Your children don't have to get it.

Too easy. A conviction leads to ONE appeal, and if lost results in immediate torture and cruel death. That would provide the deterrent the US's death penalty doesn't.

It's times like this it saddens me SCOTUS does not allow the death penalty in non-homicide cases
