Anyone have any experience with these. I was looking to make something quick and easy for dinner tonight and thought about giving one of these a shot. Any certain brands or types? Do you just use right from the jar or doctor them up? Tia

I used one of those once before....the brand that they sell at Albertson's. It was pretty decent. Although, with a little bit of planning, you can make a crock-pot curry that's better...if you have stuff like coconut milk, tomato paste, ginger and curry powder, along with whatever meat and veggies you have in the fridge.
