I usually have to wait until my mom comes or we have some big function to bake or cook any kind of seafood. I'm just about the only person who will eat it. Which is an absolute shame because everything I make is always delicious *almost always. My two kids will eat salmon, but that's hardly a reason to buy a whole salmon to cook. Most would go to waste, and that's just a damn shame.

My husband is from south Louisiana and won't eat most nuts or most seafood. He'll do peanuts, sometimes. And fried shrimp, and oddly enough Tuna sushi, thanks to me.
His Dad was a commercial fisherman, and before you say, "Well, he probably ate to much as a kid" he didn't even eat it then!
