I spend time on basic manipulation drills with all my firearms, you can learn one system, you can learn another, you can learn many. Muscle memory is a lot more dynamic than most give credit. I leverage my trigger finger against the inside of the trigger guard when using the thumb release, same spot as the magazine release on a H&K or some Walthers. All it takes a slightly different twitch.

Yeah I spent time last night running drills and it was nothing to learn that method
