I would say that turnovers have killed the Saints but get this... the Saints have the same amount of giveaways as the Colts and the Cowboys.

Philadelphia is also -5 in turnover differential.

none of those teams are in a bind like the Saints are at the moment.

I guess its the timing of the turnovers and the damning effects that they have that magnifies them.

Kenny Stills started to get a little more involved last week. If this guy could get going some more that would be huge. It use to be that Brees spread the ball around a lot more a few years ago.

PT, Meachem, Devery, Colston, Shockey, Dave Thomas, Lance Moore.. etc.

now its just mainly to Jimmy and forcing plays to Cooks that just aren't there really. I mean they aren't always forcing them to Cooks but whatever they are doing it isn't really working so far. Sure, he's caught plenty of passes so far but he hasn't made much happen after the catch.

Colston is still good enough but he's made me more nervous than ever this year with the drops and his fumbles.

and make no mistake, Colston fumbled against the Bucs. That could have cost the Saints the game too.

the replay officials thankfully screwed the pooch on that one.

We don't have nearly the weapons or Offensive Line that they have. They could have Chase Daniel back there and they would still be an effective offense

Lets not go that far. Their pass protection is better, but their defense allow less points than us.

Indy is 4th in points allowed, 3rd in yards allowed
Philly is 12th in points allowed, 24th in yards allowed
We are 28th in points allowed, 21st in yards allowed

I think each of their defense/special teams have scored a TD as well.
