I bought a student ticket and "rented" the ID. Is there a possibility that he reprints his ticket after we make the exchange? Or should I feel safe since I'll have his ID and contact information. Or would it be like the case of "My crack dealer ripped me off"? You can't go tell the authorities your crack dealer ripped you off.

Yeah they can and you can get tucked if they enter before you.

If you really have his ID I don't see how he'd try to get in.

So if he sold the ticket for face value at $17, that's a $2 profit?

Chances are you're way more likely to get booted at the gate for the wrong ID than the guy being a dick and selling you a fake ticket.

well you don't have to have is ID. maybe I misread but it sounds like he bought it from a stranger and got the ID from a friend.

If you have his ID he seriously won't try and go to the game lol...that is unless you paid an ungodly amount for the ticket and he can turn around and buy a new one for 15 bucks.
