quote:

A former campaign manager for Senate candidate Rob Maness is striking at the Republican contender's tea party support, saying Maness only sought to appeal to conservative organizations because he needed campaign money.

quote:

email to activists and community leaders slamming Maness as a political opportunist. He says Maness falsely portrays himself as a tea party candidate in the race against Democrat incumbent Mary Landrieu.

Don't know who is more worthy of scorn. Politicians, or those who work for politicians. Especially those pathetic ones who can't hack it and run to the press.

Is Maness not a politican? He's running for a political office, that makes him a politician.

Why is Maness above reproach?

I marked cassidy as my number one and maness as my number 2 for the runoff absentee ballot. So either way I got my vote in to make miss piggy unemployed.

Cassidy doesn't really inspire me BUT to get the US Senate out of the hands of the rats is inspiration enough.

The GOP needs to get control of the US Senate to at least stop this obama from appointing nazis to the federal courts.

Maness is a democrap plant.

Manness needs to drop out and let Louisiana flush this POS called lanfill.

Above reproach? I just lumped them all together as scum. All of them.

Maness calls himself the outsider, so I thought you may have been getting at that. Sorry.

The two were a lot closer than most realize, it was just a centuries old hatred between the Germans and the Russians that made them go at each other.

Manness officially dropping out now would only help Landrieu. Too late to get him off the ballot and if he officially withdraws, his votes are not counted in the totals, making it easier for Landrieu to win outright on the 4th. And the later he withdrew, the better for Mary.(Many people will not realize this, and seeing his name on the ballot may well vote for him in round one to show support, assuming they can still vote for Cassidy in December.)

Am I to assume from your comment that where ever you live the politics are pure, clean and above reproach?
BTW where is that?

In med school in St. Maarten. I am still a Louisiana citizen and absentee voted. I said that because I don't have to deal the robocalls, ad, etc that come with election season.
