What can i do with this team to get a better tight end

12 team ppr, hate my tight end situation.. dont want to lose any of my three starting wrs, is there any rb package i can do to get a good tight end from someone? I thought i was good after donnell that one week, now i hate looking at the position each week because it sucks!

Find an owner who is scratching for a playoff berth and has some RBs on bye in Week 10. Offer him a combo of Ert/Donnel and Sankey for that upgrade.

You can start by offering one of your many backs for Gronk or Olsen.
