Police sources tell us Brown`s Grandmother, Pearlie Gordon, along with Brown`s Cousin Tony Petty, were selling t-shirts and other Michael Brown merchandise. A police report describes a car pulling up and several people getting out. One of those people, was reported to be Michael Brown`s Mom, Lesley McSpadden. A witness described McSpadden yelling ‘You can`t sell this s%$&” One of the relatives, who was selling, reportedly demanded McSpadden show a document proving she had a patent. The police report says that`s when an unidentified person with McSpadden assaulted Petty so violently that it resulted in a 911 call. A witness tells Fox 2 that the weapon was a metal pipe or pole. The suspect reportedly struck Petty in the face. Medics then took him to Christian Northeast Hospital. The witness said the assault suspect grabbed merchandise and a box of cash believed to contain about $1,400.

The race baiters sure picked the wrong martyr to tie their wagon to. Looks like Michael Brown and his entire family are pretty worthless.

From the beginning, it was obvious to me that Michael Brown's family was a lot less classy than Trayvon Martin's family, not to mention Brown's thuggery 10 minutes before he was shot, compared to Martin, who was just minding his own business before he was stalked and shot. However, IF Darren Wilson is guilty, the fact that Brown came from the wrong side of tracks should have no bearing on the matter.
Back in the Jim Crow days, civil rights martyrs like Jackie Robinson and Rosa Parks, were carefully vetted before the NAACP hitched their wagon to them, because they knew there would be those who would try to obfuscate the issue by attacking their character. This is why before Oprah decided to champion the cause of Marcus Dixon, she had a private eye check out the whole family lest she end up with egg in her face.

The jury verdict has nothing to do with the incontrovertible facts of the case. Zimmerman may be your hero, but he did stalk Martin who had committed no crime, which is why he'll live the rest of his life as a pariah, a la O.J.

If he was minding his own business, he'd most likely not have encountered Zimmerman at all. He was seconds from where he was staying.
