3 kids. 2 live with my ex but my oldest has lived with me for 6 years. She gets 1600.00 for all 3 plus I pay for my oldest who has been to her house 5 times in the 6 year span. Was gonna go back to court lawyers wanted 15k I was like forget I will just deal with it until he is 18. Five more months to go

We married young. Yes her family pushed the issue. She was 19 when my oldest was born. Marriage was good 10 years became shitstorm for the last 2 years though.

You need new lawyers. You're getting raped on both attorney's fees and child support. How much do you make a year? You have to be making a good penny to justify that high in child support for 3 kids (1 of which is with you). I work in family law and that's high... But there are other variables which could contribute to such a high CSP.
Don't tell me y'all flip flop income tax claims...

No I claim my oldest son and have for the last 4 years. She claims the other two I am getting fricked on that too but I try and keep the peace for my kids sake.
