Perfect reason for him to be on GameDay IMO. Connections to LA and Ole Miss. Great insight into the first college football playoff. Lives right down the road. It's a no brainer if I'm an ESPN producer.

he doesn't have the personality they prefer on gameday. They like energetic people to come in and make guest pics.

They've had two guest pickers before, like last year's Georgia game;it's possible they will do a former player for both teams. Maybe Eli and Odell.
