Orleans Parish School Board finds success with charters - #2 district in state!

They keep the best 16 schools and put the other 75 into the Recovery School District. Not so surprising.

I thought the Charters were in the RSD.

There are charters in both the parish and rsd.

There are only like five or six schools in the EBR recovery district (the worst) so a bit unfair.
