Start a guarantee that you can tutor a 1st grader so that they can finish their 4 hours of homework in 45 minutes or less.

If you are pretty good at math. I suggest tutoring GRE Math.

I have been tutoring High School as a main job and now a side job for about 8 years. I charge $40/hour and will have a hard time giving up the easy money.

The hard part for me is setting a price...is that just based on demand...what's the average price per hour for a tutor in a math field? Is it just set based on demand?

If you are going to work with college kids, $40 would be the minimum.

It could open a whole lot of marketing doors. Didn't you take Econ 7896?

If you aren't smart enough to figure this out on your own you probably should not be teaching kids.
