I've been getting this bad recently. It's either I'm not into this girl I've banged once or I'm maybe im too stressed and can't get in the zone. The whole "don't think about it" thing doesn't work at all. Any tips?
My test levels aren't low so it's not that.
Edit: my mind won't turn off during sex. I literally think about everything, like when you try and fall asleep and you cant. That's how I feel but with staying aroused.

I can tell its a mental thing. Not drinking, in general I cut back on drinking to see if it would help. Same with the nofap thing.
