I would be fine with Daario showing his arse if Skarsgard was in the role.

Varys will make sure of it. I feel sure that the High Septon works for Varys, and Varys wants Cersei in power and to be deranged in order for the whole realm to unite with Aegon. He specifically tells Kevan he's killing him and Pycelle in order to get Cersei back in power and the realm to unite around Aegon.
. I love the "high septon = Howland Reed" theory

Bran first is able to look in the past and see Ned confess to the Heart Tree that Jon is actually not his son but Lyanna's. Eventually, Bran sees that something is up with the Children, and figures out that they're the ones behind the Others rising again, and Bloodraven directly help them awaken the Great Other to destroy men as one last piece of vengeance for destroying the Children. Bran and co try to flee, but Jojen is killed. Bran then faces the elements by himself.

I don't understand this theory. The children joined with the first men for 4000 years and fought the others. It was stated that all the others brought was death and destruction. Why woud the COF join them? What is the get?

As do I. Descrpiption is accurate and would explain his apparent dislike of all things Lannister. Really rooting for this one.

I think the belief is that the CotF had their trust broken as the First Men turned away from the old gods. Erreg the Kinslayer cut down all the weirwoods in the sacred grove at High Heart which might have severed the ties. Personally, I don't think they are on the same side. Hell, I'm hoping Bloodraven isn't even bad though I'm almost certainly wrong there.

From everything Ive heard about Bloodraven, he's a shady character, but loyal to his house and kingdom. In that he is "good".

Is it ever explained why he is sent to the wall? If I remember correctly, Egg sent him. With the way Egg is portrayed, it seems like he wouldn't send him to the wall for anything that isn't very wrong.
