Truths or near-certainties about certain people's names...

Whether most people admit it or not, I have always subscribed to the belief that the name you are given at birth will go a long way in determining what kind of person you will ultimately become.
Over the years, I have noticed that some names nearly guarantee certain traits about an individual. Of course, there can be exceptions to the rule. However, the majority suggests otherwise.
For example, a female named Destiny is almost destined, pun intended, to be either a stripper, a prostitute, or a very promiscuous individual.

There are certain white trash names that seem to meet the stereotype most of the time (obviously there are exceptions).

I agree about altered spelling variations.
Any name that ends with a nontraditional 'i' typically drops the individual's IQ by at least 10 points.
Also, having 'Lynn' as a middle-name usually equates to white trash.

They did a whole Freakonomics podcast about this entitled How Much Does Your Name Matter. Although there is some evidence of the impact of one's name more broadly speaking (e.g., general biases) there isn't much evidence for the deterministic hypothesis.
