Rest of the schedules for these 2 teams are very unfavorable for them.
Muschamp will probably be really relieved to get canned and go back to happily being a coordinator. Hasn't he made bank with with Tex & Fla?
Hoke took his dream job, and just blew it badly.
Is Mullen's special year going to get him the Gators job? Do you think he wants it?

If Mullen goes to Florida, then MSU gets Hudspeth.

Mullen isnt going to Florida. Top 2 UF candidates are RichRod and Freeze. Mullen is a legit candidate for Michigan though.

People saying Mullen will leave MSU for UF are dreaming. That dude doesn't want to go back to Florida. Our good number of our fans rubbed him the wrong way.
He's VERY happy where he is and is making enough money that another million isn't going to sway him.
Now Hudspeth, that's a different animal. He can go from 750k / year to 2-3 million over night.
And be the head coach at UF. Doesn't get much better than that.

I'm not saying he is going to leave and go to Florida but this reasoning is pretty dumb.
He doesn't want any more money and he is happy staying in a shite hole state like Mississippi while he would be considered a hot hire?
Dude would be smart to leave after this year because the majority of their starters are juniors and seniors and will be gone after this year and they will suck major dick next year.

I mean anyone who says they dont want a guy who has Mississippi fricking State as the #1 team in the country cant be all there. Is Mullen my first choice? No. But he is the top of my realistic candidate list.
