Obviously their starting line has more to do with getting people to bet than anything BUT what exactly has Ole Miss done? Their defense is strong but the offense is not.

Not saying we for sure win or anything of the sort, but Miss. State and Auburn are both much better.

Really will be disappointed if LSU loses this one, even with our QB woes. Our D should be very effective vs Bo.

I'm reading this as 6pt dogs on a neutral field. Home field is worth 3 right?

So basically, Vegas thinks Ole Miss is a TD better, and they gave us 3pts. for home field advantage and 1pt. to facilitate bets.

Could be totally off base here.

i expect a pretty easy Ole Miss win strictly because of our QB play or lack thereof. If I was a gambler I would take Ole Miss.

Unless its on special teams or defense, I honestly do not see us scoring in the 1st half.

I'll be very interested to see how this line moves during the week.

And while A&M is currently fighting for the worst team in the West with Arky, I believe the Bama team that played Saturday would beat the brakes off of Ole Miss if they were to play again.

Lsu can move the ball on olé miss and I fully expect to score points. Our line is moving people right now.

OM has only beaten one good team. If you've been watching Bama's games, Bama has been playing poorly on the road. I'm of the opinion that OM hasn't really proved who they are as of now.

If you don't think Ole Miss is good this year you're in for a rude awakening

I'm expecting a 'the stage is too big' melt. I think the pressure gets to them, hopefully, they have an off night. Ole Miss is the better team on paper and the eye test. But, it'll be crazy Sat. Night.

Aint no doubt about that OkieTiger, We will see how Ole Miss plays from the favored role as opposed to the underdog role which they seem to cherish. Roles a little different this year and maybe for once we could put the ole turd in their punch bowl like they love doing to us.

Not saying they are bad. But I'm not convinced they'll come in here and do what Miss. State did.

-They crushed aTm on the road

Need I go on? I sure as hell would LOVE to be having the season they are having.

If you think the initial point spread is to get people to bet then you know zero about how it works in any way.

that's nice. I think they lose at least 2 this year, if not more. They have only played one good team, and they got them at home.

considering they have yet to play Auburn or Miss State.....I can see this.

They handed Bama their only loss

Bama crushed an a&m team that may have already quit, and that is not any good....in all honesty....they should have 4 losses already, after they escaped against Arky. Bama has looked good at times, and poor at time. How do you know Kentucky isn't better than a&m? LSU crushed KY.

They crushed aTm on the road

and Alabama beat a&m by 59, your point?

I'm not saying they are bad, but I'm also not sold on them either. I think LSU has a GREAT shot at beating them....and in all honesty, if that happens....Ole Miss could lose 2 or 3 more after this weekend.......you would LOVE to have a season like them, then get the frick out and cheer for them. LSU has had plenty of seasons like that......let's wait until they play the meat of their schedule before you proclaim them champs....k?

I am biased towards LSU, naturally.

However, I will say this; As someone who bets every weekend on multiple sports, I cant tell you how many times I have looked at a Vegas odds line and thought "no way" only to be burned time after time. They know way more than any of us will ever know. They are completely unbiased and are only interested in making money. They obviously think the game will be closer than most on here do.
