How much rice to I use for a 1.5 lbs of meat in dirty rice?

I bought a 10 ounce bag of seasoning blend for the veggies. That enough or to much?

I would cook 3 cups of rice and add till I think it looks right..... rice is cheap.

Rice is cheap. Cook more than you need and mix it in until you got it the way you want it.

Fyi, if you let the rice cool (refrigerate it) before mixing it in, the texture will be a lot better and less mushy.
