After going through a half a season of watching LSU football. Could anyone seriously answer the question as to why Les closes practices to the media. Which one of the 5 plays that this team runs does Les not want his opponents to see? I know that it is more than 5 but it is as vanilla an offense as there is in football. So what is the need for secrecy?

NCAA dictates how many open & closed practices a team has. They call it the Snoop rule.

So you think because the offense is predictable the coach should open practices to everyone? Ground breaking stuff man.

So you think all coaches close practices to the media in the spring and the fall? Post less.

That's a great question,and funny too.
I asked a similar question after the Auburn game:" could LSU have looked worse if they hadn't practiced the entire week prior to Auburn?"
