I was at Pop Century this week, didnt book it the GF did. I wanted to kill myself because there was no bars or sports anywhere except my room TV. That's why I went to the Bowling Alley to watch it there. The bars in Planet Hollywood had football on as well.

The Boardwalk is an easy walk from Epcot if you happen to be there today. Just use the international gate near England.

Wine and Food fest is this week in Epcot. Great for pregaming. Most beers were $3-3.5 in each country.

Pretty decent bar at the pool at Pop Century. Even if they didn't have a bar, you could catch the bus to any of the resorts with a bar.
To to OP, Downtown Disney and ESPN at Boardwalk are the most obvious answers. They have all the ESPN networks, but not SEC Network (not sure why since it's ESPN). Pretty good pool bars at the resorts I've stayed at and almost no traffic at the bars on Saturday nights.
