He's singing Folsom Prison Blues, and he doesn't understand the lyrics. He just loudly sang,"FAR FROM FOLSOM PRISON, THAT'S WHERE THEY'RE GONNA STAY... AND I LET MY LONESOME WHISTLE BLOW MAAAAH BLUES AWAAY".
