Just read that... Well this completely throws out the "Shot in the back" storyline
Michael Baden and his "assistant" said that the only one that could have possibly come from the back was the one in the arm, depending on how he was running away and the angle of his arm. All of the others were clearly from the front.
When is the Grand Jury vote revealed?
ETA: Also, the big question that was debated was how there was evidence of a struggle for the gun.... Someone close to the investigation had said they had 100% proof that there was a struggle, now knowing it is blood, that 100% throws out the "Fearing for his life". Had he been fearing, he would have immediately taken off running when the first shot went off.

you mean it changes things for people who didn't question the veracity of a claim that a cop shot a guy surrendering in broad daylight?
Because despite all of the racism in the air and in blue uniforms, in whatever measure it exists, I would always be skeptical of such a claim, at least at first.

Why in the frick wasn't this evidence released? And not months later?
Hopefully this case will be taught in police academies around the country as a study in how to not handle information.
