Good episode of The Profit this week, except for the grown man crying

This was one of the better episodes in a while. But when the manchild running the business broke down in front of Marcus, I had to avert my eyes. There are few things worse than witnessing a grown man cry. I'd rather gouge my eyes out than watch that.

I wish they focused much less on the relationships and much more on the business. In fact, if they could just make this more of a pure documentary series with no drama, that would be awesome.
