How to deal with upstairs neighbors

So the girls that live above me are a little on the large side, and it sounds like there's a stampede of buffalos running around up there all day. It's literally as loud as someone constantly banging on a wall as hard as they can.
Any ideas on how to deal with this?

Not much you can do.
I live on the ground floor of a condo near campus and it sounds like a herd of elephants.
Not nearly as much soundproofing between floors as there is between the units.

Assuming this is near LSU, there is nothing you can do. All the apartments and condos around there have this same problem. Make sure you are upstairs next time you rent.
