I just looked up The Crow on IMDB. In the trivia section, it said:

I own the graphic novel and I don't remember the thirty hours being a big part of it. It's been years, I'm probably due for a re-read.

Same here. I kind of remember a part where maybe Albrecht visits Eric while he's in the hospital, but that's about it.

That song by Medicine was pretty catchy. Also really loved the Cure song on there.
