We loaded a barge in Houma a couple months ago and sent it to Africa. So yes barges do cross the Ocean.

"A friend of mine who works for the government in coastal Mississippi told me that a barge from west Africa offloaded their crew in Gulfport area, and she went thru emergency Ebola training today and they basically said that these crew members were not detained, are out in public and the gov employees were all instructed to get food and water supplies for two weeks, gallon of water per person per day. Thought I would pass along since I'm sure whenever this gets "discovered" everyone will flip their shite" My response was "barges" don't travel from Africa. She changed that to "ship" but remaining details were unchanged.

Well then...

Remember when they had leprosy colonies? Well, I think we might need to start thiking about places like this for the Ebola infected and I am pretty sure that the land mass would be the perfect place.

I can't believe after 5 pages, nobody even thought to acknowledge the fact that a "barge" from Africa to Mississippi would likely take longer than the Ebola incubation period. ie. If anyone on that vessel had it, they would have already gotten sick/died.

How long is the trip from Africa? If they had Ebola, wouldn't they be dead or horribly suffering by the time they docked?

Is this coming from the same place as the: "FBI will allow a "Purge" weekend for gangs to do initiation"

or

"Police are warning the public to not go to walmart because gangs will shoot people in the parking lot"
