Why do people not understand this simple concept? Seems like about once a week I hit some traffic caused by a minor fender bender with some slack jaws standing by their cars in the middle lane looking at the tiny scuff marks on their bumpers. Go back to your shantys.

If I move my car the cops cannot tell you hit me.

Even better is when they fail to put their flashers on so other motorist know that they were in a wreck. Oh, the horror!
