Relatively new. Is there a thread or something that lists the commands for quoting and the animations?

Copy whatever text you'd like to quote. On the right of the text box is a quote button. Click it, and paste whatever you'd like to quote in the box.
If you'd like the format to remain the same, say you're quoting two paragraphs, then you'd paste it in the text box. Highlight it as is, then click quote.
Posting a gif would be the same as posting a regular pic. Copy the url, click the img button, and paste in the box.

I've tried that many times and it doesn't work with the quote button. Only use my mobile so that may be the problem.
