Leupold RX-800i.
Just had this scenario play out at work. Guy bought Nikon last week even after my recommendation of Leupold then had issues with fog and rain this weekend and traded it for the above and is highly pleased.

I would definitely recommend this one as well. Have had one for about 2 years and don't have any complaints.

tgrbaitn08,
There are LOTS of good rangefinders out there and everyone who has one is going to recommend to you the one they have.....it's only natural. If you're looking to save $50-75 bucks I'd suggest you check out the factory refurbished models at [link=(www.natchezss.com)]Natchez Shooters Supply[/link] before making your final purchase. I've bought a bunch of factory refurb optics from them through the years and have been very pleased.
PS, My rangefinder is the Nikon 800 yd model. I've been very satisfied w/ it under all kinds of conditions.

Nikon Prostaff 7. Good for well beyond that range and way less than $300.
