What's the Best "Protocol" for Keeping Ebola-infected People from Coming Here?

I would be especially inteterested in hearing from healthcare professionals on this subject.

If Thomas Dunson hadn't come to America, or possibly if he had been screened in advance, we wouldn't be facing this problem today.

But, that's crying over spilled milk. The question mow is, what's the best way to keep the next Thomas Dunson from coming here?

I'm not necessarily against West Africans coming here, I do however think anyone that's been in the 3 affected countries should be in 21 day quarantine. An average of 175 to 200 people per day come in from these three countries, that would be roughly 4,000 people to keep on lock down.

We should just shower them with hugs and kisses because everyone knows that it's virtually impossible to contract Ebola.

Mitt Romney wanted to people to voluntarily deport themselves. We should ask people to voluntarily not come to the US.
