Is "Something" the best Beatles track?

And it's not even a Lennon/McCartney.

I personally think it's some of Harrison's best guitar work, and the sound is as smooth as anything from that era.
It's top 5 for certain, but I still prefer the epicness of "A Day in the Life".
It's crazy to think that Pattie Boyd, the woman who the song "Something" is based on, was also the source of inspiration for the entire Layla album and the Clapton song "Wonderful Tonight".

I got a tad emotional when Paul played it last night. George is my favorite and it makes me sad that he is dead. They showed lots of pictures of George while he played the song. So many feels.

It's a fricking wonderful song. I'm not sure what I'd do if someone pointed a gun to my head and told me to pick their best track.

IMO the best Beatles song is another Harrison track - "Here Comes the Sun"...which is also on the Abbey Road album.

This is probably super out of left field, but I've always really loved Sexy Sadie
But the true answer is Lovely Rita, and I'll fight any of you nerds over it all day
Amazing bassline, awesome piano solo section, catchy, the "chika-chika-chika-chika" in the background of both verses, awesome background vocals
And most importantly awesome trippy, almost straight up scary psychedelic ending with John Lennon making weird breathing noises

One of my favorites...first song I listened to the morning of my wedding day. Was awesome with the windows down cruising down St Charles.

And to further my point, most of the truly great songs done by the Beatles were McCartney and Harrison songs
