Look like they play pretty sound on D... they'll get some reality Saturday night though.

Every team around them sucks.
They have beaten Cupcakes and shite teams. USCe is not what they were the last few years.

They have a very suspect defense.
Their rushing defense is downright terrible. Bud Dupree is their best defensive player, but outside of that, they aren't too scary.
Their secondary is out of position a lot, but they do still have a good number of takeaways this season. However, three of those are against Vandy, so that skews it a bit.
Offensively, they run the football well. Towles, their quarterback, is pretty decent. However, he still has a lot of improvement to do when it comes to his progressions. Expect some mistakes from him on Saturday night. They do have SEC speed, though. Fortunately, I'd say our secondary is pretty good. We should be able to hold our own.
Overall, LSU should be able to run the ball on Kentucky well, control clock, and wear them down in the 2nd half. If what we saw last week is the future in 2014, Fournette will get the bulk of the carries and have a great night.
Although people are making Kentucky out to be some legitimately good team, that's just the trendy thing to say right now. They aren't that good. They are a decent team that is solid and capable in a few areas.
LSU 33
Kentucky 20

They have a good coach.

They have a pretty good offense for once. They have some skill and speed on offense. Usually Kentucky can barely move the ball or they make turnovers whenever they are about to do something. They put up about 900 yards on UF and SC combined.
They're ranked 15th in scoring D, but they haven't played good offenses. So I wouldn't pay much attention to that because they gave up about 500 yards to UF and SC individually. They have just been decent at not giving up a lot of TDs to mediocre teams to bad teams. Then again, we're mediocre too, so we'll see...

They're played nobody. LSU will destroy them.

Well until Florida cheated they beat Florida in the swamp. Apparently people think that LSU's victory over Fla. makes LSU a good team. So I can see where they are coming from.

They are a pretty good football team. The team has improved a lot since the Florida loss. This game will be a step up from Florida and a nice test of improvement for LSU.
UK is coached very, very well on both sides of the ball. Second best team in the east IMO.
Edit: Sinus has me all mixed up, thanks for the correction.

LSU hasn't beaten a team worth a shite either

They've brought in more real SEC caliber talent while doing an excellent job of coaching IMO. They would be contenders in several conferences I can think of. Tigers must bring their A game this week. Something they have not truly done against any of the Big 5 Conf. opponents. I think they will, which should insure victory over UK.

I watched a little of the ULM game and they have an ok defense, not as good as Fla. They have a ok QB and a really big receiver, 6'5 ish, that lit ULM up, all I got.

Yeah, UF was getting shutout 9-0 in the 4th quarter at Tennessee. They came back and won, but still... And we didn't even face the QB they won with.

True, but the game is in Baton Rouge, and LSU has some confidence going. They will be pumped and hard to beat.
