When did it close? How did it compare to other grocery stores?

Also, was the little gas station next to it part of the store or was it its own station?

Reason I ask is because I pass that storage center daily and have always wondered. I was a young kid when Warehouse Foods was there and do not remember.

You're old enough to remember that place? I think it closed in the '80s.

The only thing I remember about that place was a kids room. It was a dark arcade room that also showed cartoons. My parents would never let me stay in there.

The one on Greenwell SPrings road? What little gas station? It was in a strip mall.

All I remember about that store is that I shite my pants when I was a kid in there. I remember it running down my legs....

I don't remember that one, but I was very young when the other one was open.

And the overpass there at Jefferson and airline is called the Nesser overpass. In the 1950s, there was a bad accident where a car ran off the overpass and killed several people.

I believe the Nesser family used to have a house back behind where the grocery store used to be which is the location of which we are speaking, near the Nesser overpass.
