They're 28th. I don't really see any teams in the top 25 that they should be ranked over except for Utah and ECU.

There's still some bias against Duke because of how bad they were for so long before last year, but that's starting to go away now. Duke is one of the top "others receiving votes" teams, and has Virginia at home this week. A win there should move them into the top 25.

They've played only 3 teams from major conferences. Beat 2-4 Kansas and GT, who's played a horrid schedule. Lost to Miami. Wins over Tulane, Troy, and Elon aren't moving you up the rankings. Neither is a win over an undefeated team ranked 22nd.
