Lamar Louis had fooled Tiger fans for 2 years

Is that we still have one issue on the LB. Lamar Louis has FOOLED us for 2 years and it's time we make a final change. When the okay starts, he disappears, doesn't ever make a okay on the ball or lay the wood.
Dude is just not a good LB. He is a Converted RB and that is why we are strunggling. He has 4 years of highschool at RB and 2 years of college at LB.
Clifton Garrett. 6'2.5 240 lbs. Played 4 years and learned the position.
Athlete, bullet and can get to the ball and isn't afraid to lay a hit. .
I don't care what excuses are said by Miles or anyone but lets just get this kid on the field. Let's get him some time, some experience. He SURELY can't do much worse than who's been out there.

Although I agree Lamar shouldn't be playing that much except on some rotation, it truly shows how ignorant you are that you want Garrett there. Dude is out of shape AND he plays middle backer. You want a 245 pound guy playing against the slot....think about that for a minute.
Most people don't understand Chavis's defense...but he likes to have 3 linebackers on the field. People can hate on Lamar, but one thing he has is athleticism and that's why Chavis likes him. He can line him up anywhere on the field. If we put Clifton Garrett out in space against WR's it would literally be the worst thing this defense has done in years...and yes that includes playing Welter

Even after losses they come out in droves....
to all of the backseat coaches, it was so obvious Harris was supposed to start against Auburn and look what happened, guys may have games, we are not at practice, didn't see the offseason work, so just be quiet and watch.

No I understand. I just think Lamar is so bad, Garrett really would be an upgrade at the position, even if he is bigger because what we have currently just isn't working

He played RB his soph year at Teurlings, sat out his jr year, then played LB his Sr year at Breaux Bridge but wasnt even their best linebacker. He was a camp superstar and everybody was on his nuts when he committed.

All I know is Beckwith killed someone going out of bounds last night. Whoever it was had to fly at least 20ft on the hit and I was kinda surprised he got back up. That's how you hit!

thought he was at BB for 9th and 10th grade teurlings for 11th then back to BB
iirc something about a hunting rifle at BBHS no big deal just was in his vehicle
