You sure do hold a lot of resentment towards Baylor. Is it because they put 73 on y'all not too long ago?

Baylor is pure trash and always has been. My one and last visit to there stadium was punctuated with having to defend a 70 yr old couple from the verbal abuse and physical threats of a drunk uncontrolled baylor fan. Sadly none of the non drunk baylor fans around him did anything to rein him in.

Patterson called out Briles and one of the Baylor DB's in the postgame press conference of last year's game, calling one of the DB's classless and questioning his character. So, this year, one of his teammates got the chance to tell Patterson what an a-hole he is to his face. Bennett, the DC and the Baylor coach in the video, said there was no threat but the player did trash talk Patterson and it will be dealt with internally.
Patterson did engage in verbal barbs with the student section, and tensions ran so high that the entire crowd booed anytime they showed a sho of the TCU sideline on the jumbotron, egged on by the student section.
Maybe Gary should have spent a little more time coaching his team in the second half and a little less trading barbs with a bunch of 18 year olds, and maybe his team wouldn't have gagged on a 21 point lead.
In short, Patterson is both a liar and an a-hole. And he's deflecting so people don't pay attention that he was to busy nursing a grudge with the crowd to coach his team.

You mean the time a Baylor DB Ahmad Dixon was ejected for targeting and while the player that took the cheap shot was down, both Dixon and Art Briles taunted the TCU fans and sideline about it, and Briles gestured towards Patterson then tried to amp up his sideline?
That video looks like Bennett was quite far away when that interaction began and Patterson looked like he was in shock at what was just said to him. All Bennett can say is that a threat didn't happen at the end of that exchange when he was right there--though something that shocked Patterson clearly happened at the beginning. Sounds pretty plausible to me that Bennett, who is a stand-up guy and friend of Patterson's, likely didn't hear the beginning and the player lied to him about what he said after Bennett pulled him off.
