That's always my go-to.

Another reason I like the butcher so much is their sides. You can make a meal out of 2 or 3 sides. Whatever the vegetable is that day get it! I've always been impressed be why they do with Covey Rise veggies.

My only suggestion is to please add boudin balls and fried livers to the menu.

Ok... I've only been there once, and I liked it, but I didn't think it was that good.
