Looking like the strong point it was supposed to be. Talent has always been there but finally looks like it is coming together. Really you could start to see it vs Auburn even in that awfull loss, but last night vs Florida, who has a very good d line, they really looked dominate.

The word is dominant.

Why has dominate/dominant become a word of misuse in recent times?

You just made that up.

And we'll see. Beating Fla could be fools gold.

We had four returning starters and two seniors competing for the other. I'm glad they're coming together and everything but this group should have already had that down

Porter's suspension and Pocic getting hurt kept the best group from playing together until week 4. Ideally this is where you'd like to be at the end of Sept, not mid-October. Also helps that the team is using motion a little more to cause the defense to have to think a little.

no, you could see it on first downs (against Auburn) when we were getting push up front and opening holes and getting 5 yard gains when they knew it was coming early in the game. I saw it. You probably not.

The o-line play has had a lot to do with play calling and tight ends missing assignments. Two things happened in this game. One, we ran play action and threw to the fullback, this caused the linebackers to have to hesitate. Two, Fournette cut back to the backside. Teams don't even cover the backside against LSU because our backs are willing to run into the backs of their linemen.
