Well, MSU is likely to win the SEC.

State still has to win in Lexington, Tuscaloosa and Oxford and then likely beat Georgia in Atlanta.

They can only lose one of those first three, maximum.

MSU. Baseball has so much parity. The SEC seems to have a handful of powerhouses that win it every year.

i was pretty positive the royals were a playoff team this year before the season. at that point, anything can happen. still dont really believe what MSU is doing. doesnt make sense to me

But the entire team is unconscious and no matter how hard they try, they cannot lose. I don't know if I've ever seen it. Average team, shitty managing, and they're 6-0 pulling games out their asses in the 9th and extra innings almost every time.

at least Miss State has made it to ATL a few times as the SEC West champion.

Ole Miss still has yet to do it.

However, everybody knew Ole Miss was good this year, and they had the more favorable schedule (Alabama and Auburn at home, and State at home).

Mississippi State has gone from "others receiving votes" to #3 in FOUR frickING WEEKS.

yeah, I hear you.

but State was brought up a few times over the summer as a dark horse team. I think even Danny Kanell said Dak Prescott would be a Heisman candidate.

everybody thought he was just trolling as usual but look at him now.

Tulane has a more recent SEC Championship than Miss. State

The Royals have won a title in the past 30 years

I'm going with the MSU title being more ridiculous.

Thanks to the worst big-game history-changing officiating mistake in history.

Not that big. Jorge Orta scored the winning run with one out.
