Roughing the snapper penalty

I've been watching football for a looong time and I can't remember a time where I've seen roughing the snapper called. Just happened in the ND game and really changed the game. Was anyone else unaware of this penalty? The center snapped it and stood up and the guy blocked him,seemed pretty standard

It was a bad call. But you have to wait 1 sec to hit the center
