Free if you call and threaten to cancel. In all honesty, you should really never have to pay (much) for those premium channels.

Call them and ask them if you can purchase just Red Zone. They will say you can't, but just complain a little about how you don't want the other channels and that you've been a loyal customer blah blah blah. They will eventually talk to manager and give it to you. I did it twice. First year I got Red Zone for free and the second year they gave me the whole Sunday ticket for $30/month, but included a monthly $25 credit to offset it.
